It's J day and I had an outing planned! After decorating our J collage with glued-on jewels, we headed out to a jumpy place, Happy Frog. Munch loved all the fun jumpy houses; I was glad they have a special toddler time on Thursdays for kids under 5. It always freaks me out to see her in there with much bigger, and more daring, kids.
We had a nice lunch together at Pasta Pomodoro, then once we were home we made raspberry freezer jam. I was going to make regular jam, with just fruit and sugar, but the idea of hot, sticky fruit around Munch didn't seem like a good one. So instead, I had her smash up the fresh raspberries-
then mix in the sugar and pectin
I spooned the mixture into jars and set it aside to thicken-
